jj333 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With the Platform

01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jj333", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jj333 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://jj333.bio.
• "Platform" means the jj333 website, mobile interface, all associated games, sportsbook markets, promotional systems, payment infrastructure, and customer support services.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jj333 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual on the jj333 Platform following completion of the registration process.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

03 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the jj333 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a business entity;
• You have not been previously excluded, self-excluded, or suspended from the jj333 Platform or from any other gaming platform under circumstances that would render your jj333 registration improper;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino or sports betting activity is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of such activity in your jurisdiction;
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or impairment at the time of depositing or placing any bet;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or director of jj333, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

jj333 conducts age and identity verification as part of its KYC process. Where verification cannot be completed to jj333's satisfaction, access to real money play, deposits, and withdrawals will be suspended pending resolution.

04 Account Registration

Each individual user is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the jj333 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. You agree to promptly update your Account information to maintain its accuracy at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. jj333 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. jj333 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

jj333 supports PKR-denominated deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and select cryptocurrency networks. Payment method availability may vary by account verification status and transaction amount.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the jj333 Platform:

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your jj333 Account wallet must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests require a completed KYC verification on the Account. jj333 targets same-day processing for verified accounts, subject to payment provider timelines.
• Currency: All transactions on jj333 are denominated in PKR. Where a deposit is received in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and jj333 shall not be responsible for any exchange rate fluctuation.
• Withholding: jj333 reserves the right to temporarily withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or fraud investigation. Users will be notified of any such hold and the expected resolution timeline.
• Fees: jj333 does not charge platform-level deposit or withdrawal fees. However, payment providers or banking institutions may impose their own transaction charges, which are beyond jj333's control and responsibility.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

jj333 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jj333 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, arcade games, lottery products, and sports betting markets — operate under the rules of the respective game studio or sports data provider. In the event of any conflict between general Platform rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game's operation.

All casino games on the jj333 Platform are supplied by licensed international studios operating under current RNG (Random Number Generator) certification. This certification is conducted by independent auditing bodies and ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not subject to manipulation by jj333 or any third party.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or data error during a game round, the following conditions apply:

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jj333 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose;
• Employing any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform's games or betting markets;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in a systematic manner to derive unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct directed at jj333 staff or other Platform users;
• Sharing Account credentials with or permitting access to your Account by any third party.

09 Responsible Gaming

jj333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Platform users. We believe that gambling should be an entertainment activity enjoyed within personal financial limits and with a clear understanding of the inherent risks involved.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jj333 Account holders and may be activated at any time through the Account settings panel:

• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum continuous play session durations after which the Platform will prompt a break;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from jj333;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform;
• Use any jj333 branding, trademarks, or intellectual property in any external context without express written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jj333 shall not be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the jj333 Platform.

jj333's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jj333 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and events beyond jj333's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. jj333 shall not be liable for any loss arising from such unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit jj333's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

jj333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or fraud alert from a payment provider in connection with the Account;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, bonus abuse, or other financial crime;
• Request by the Account holder for account closure or self-exclusion;
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring jj333 to restrict Platform access.

Where an Account is closed by jj333 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the Account wallet at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed at the user's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the user's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jj333 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the request.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

jj333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the jj333 Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of Account administration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have given consent, marketing communications. jj333 does not sell or share personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

jj333 retains Account data for a minimum period required by its international gaming licence obligations and applicable financial regulation, which may extend beyond the date of Account closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jj333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, jj333 will notify registered users via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of no less than 14 days prior to the amendments taking effect, where practicable.

Minor amendments — including but not limited to corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice and will be effective upon publication on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms prior to each session of Platform use. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version of these Terms came into force.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jj333 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and jj333, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jj333 customer support. jj333 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 10 business days.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by jj333's gaming licence authority. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator orders otherwise.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
